Where usage applies
VidCC uses one account balance for video analysis, chat, and voice. Free usage does not reset. Pro and Max usage resets monthly and is shared by every connected YouTube channel.
If the number looks wrong
- When checking the balance, include analysis, chat, and voice used across all connected channels, including on Free.
- Refresh the page to load the latest subscription and usage state.
- Review your plan in Account settings.
- If payment or cancellation self-service is blocked, use the billing contact listed in the Support Area.
