Understand analysis statuses
What queued, processing, retrying, completed, and failed mean.
Status meanings
Queued means the analysis is waiting for processing. Processing means work is active. Retrying means VidCC hit a temporary problem and will try again automatically. Completed means results are ready. Failed means the available attempts did not finish successfully.
When an analysis looks stuck
- Refresh the video page once to get the latest state.
- Check whether the video still has retention data available.
- Check the Support Area status panel for a known incident.
- Avoid repeatedly starting the same analysis while one is queued or processing.
