These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of the VidCC application (the "Site") and all of the services offered and/or provided by us (collectively, the "Services"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use the Services.
"VidCC" refers to the Site and Services. The terms "Coepit" or "us" or "we" or "our" collectively refer to Coepit, the provider of VidCC. The terms "you" or "your" refer to the user or viewer of the Site or the Services.
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, JURY WAIVER, AND AN AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE BY ARBITRATION.
You hereby agree to these Terms when accessing the Site and/or using the Services. These Terms are the only agreement between us and you and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements. You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live to use our Services. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms means you are also bound by the Privacy Policy.
Coepit hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site; provided you do not modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of the Site, engage in data mining, or use robots or similar data gathering methods. You may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Site without our prior written consent. The license terminates automatically if you do not comply with these Terms.
You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information. Your registration is for your personal use only. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited uses or for any other reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized activity.
You may choose to connect third-party services, including YouTube and, when available, TikTok. Available features depend on the permissions you grant and the services' availability.
YouTube API Services
By using VidCC, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Please also review the Google Privacy Policy.
If you wish to disconnect Coepit's access for VidCC from your YouTube account, you can do so by visiting the Google Security Settings page.
A TikTok connection provides read-only account, video, performance, retention, comments, replies, and keyword research features. When video analysis is available, uploading your video file authorizes us to process a private copy of it for that analysis, subject to your rights in the content and the applicable service permissions. You can disconnect TikTok in Account Settings.
We do not warrant or support Non-Company Sites. You assume all responsibility for the Non-Company Site and any disclosure or modification of your data by such sites.
"Content" means text, graphics, images, video, and information available through the Site. Coepit exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to the Site and Content, other than User Content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Coepit grants you a limited license to view, copy, display and print the Content solely in connection with your permitted use of the Site and Services.
Our Services allow you to analyze video content ("Input") and receive AI-generated insights ("Output") alongside performance and retention data supplied by connected services.
Follow-up questions may use further video inspection when available. Private TikTok video and audio copies expire after seven days by default, with a configured retention period between one and 30 days. After expiry, saved analysis and conversations may remain available, but further inspection of that copy is unavailable. Our Privacy Policy describes AI processing, storage, and deletion.
As between you and us, you retain your ownership rights in Input and own the Output. By providing any Input, you grant Coepit a license to process, store, and analyze your User Content to provide the Services.
You agree to the following conditions when using our Analysis Services:
AI-generated Output can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it or using it to make decisions; it is not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.
If you purchase a Subscription, payment must be made by a valid Payment Method. All Subscription Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time through the Billing Portal in Account Settings. If the Billing Portal is unavailable, contact [email protected] for help. Cancellation takes effect as shown in the Billing Portal, subject to applicable law.
Coepit will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe your work has been infringed, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice".
We provide the Site and the Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty or condition, express or implied. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In no event shall Coepit be liable for any lost profits or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees paid by you in the last 12 months or $100.
You and Coepit agree to resolve any dispute by binding arbitration. YOU AND COEPIT WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
These Terms may be amended at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
