Manage or cancel your subscription
Use VidCC's Stripe billing portal to update or cancel a paid plan.
Open billing management
- Sign in to the VidCC account that holds the paid subscription.
- Open Account settings and go to Billing.
- Use the billing-management action to open Stripe's secure portal.
- Update your payment method, view billing information, or schedule cancellation there.
VidCC does not store your full card number. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
If the portal will not open
Refresh VidCC, confirm that you are signed in to the account that holds the subscription, and try again. If you still cannot reach self-service cancellation, use the billing contact at the bottom of the Support Area.
